  3. Get hot greased baking tray out of the oven and then spread some Plain Flour over the top and then place the whole ball of soda bread dough onto the baking tray - slit a cross on the top and then bake for 30 minutes and then bake for another 30 minutes with baking foil over the top - and then take the foil off and then bake at Gas Mark 7 for another 10 minutes - done..
