Instructions to make Veg Fried Noodles / Chow Mein:
- Boil the noodles as per time given on the packet in hot boiling water with salt, drain and rinse with cold water and apply little veg oil. Wash, peel and Chop all the vegetables to the desired shape for noodles (as seen in picture).
- Heat oil in a wok and add the garlic first and then the onion and saute it. Add the vegetables, saute and cook for sometimes till veggies are cooked....in between add the salt as per taste and crushed Black pepper..

- Add the boiled noodles and mix, add soya sauce and thoroughly mix it so that it gets evenly distributed. Cook for a few minutes tossing the noodles.
