The ingredients needed to make Veg Fried Noodles / Chow Mein:

  1. {Get 180 GMs of dried noodles.
  2. {Prepare 1-2 cups of mixed Vegetables.
  3. {Make ready 1 of Carrot.
  4. {Prepare as needed of French beans.
  5. {Take as required of Broccoli (optional).
  6. {Prepare 1 of Bell peppers (any color).
  7. {Get as required of Sprouted Moong (optional)...if you have add it.
  8. {Get as required of Green onions (I didn't have but it will be good to add).
  9. {Take of For seasoning.
  10. {Take 2 tbsp of Soya sauce.
  11. {Prepare 1/2 tsp of salt or as per taste.
  12. {Take 1 tsp of crushed black pepper.
  13. {Get of For frying / cooking.
  14. {Prepare 4-6 tbsps of veg oil.

Instructions to make Veg Fried Noodles / Chow Mein:

  1. Boil the noodles as per time given on the packet in hot boiling water with salt, drain and rinse with cold water and apply little veg oil. Wash, peel and Chop all the vegetables to the desired shape for noodles (as seen in picture).
  2. Heat oil in a wok and add the garlic first and then the onion and saute it. Add the vegetables, saute and cook for sometimes till veggies are cooked....in between add the salt as per taste and crushed Black pepper..

  4. Add the boiled noodles and mix, add soya sauce and thoroughly mix it so that it gets evenly distributed. Cook for a few minutes tossing the noodles. Your Veg Fried Noodles or Chowmein which we lovingly call is ready to be served. I eat it all by itself with some sauce or love having it with chilli chicken or chicken Lollipops etc. Bon Appetit!!!
